By accessing or using the Campus Cloud Services website and Student Information System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Our SIS platform is designed for use by postsecondary educational institutions. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Intellectual Property

The website, its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Campus Cloud Services, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Pricing and Subscriptions

As part of our commitment to "Honest, Upfront Pricing," all maintenance and regulatory updates are included in your annual subscription. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges for servers, bandwidth, or data storage.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Campus Cloud Services, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, or partners be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the website or services.

6. Governing Law

All matters relating to the website and these Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
